Note: Hanging signs are only permitted in booths of 400 sq ft or more.

Complete the following online:

  • By August 14, 2017: Compulsory Exhibitor Forms can now be submitted online click here
  • By September 15, 2017: Exhibitor Badge Registration – Please register your entire booth staff using the Exhibitor Badge Registration link sent from myprereg@conexsysregistration.com. This will be emailed to the logistical contact filled out on the booth space agreement. If this has changed please notify sbeamish@ensembleiq.com immediately.

Move-In: Monday, September 18, 2017 – Your time will be emailed to the logistical contact 2 weeks prior to the event. Fill out the Move-in Questionnaire by August 10, 2017. You may also hand carry items on Tuesday, September 19 from 8am-11am on the opening day of the show.

Marketing Options:

  • Visit the Drive traffic to your exhibit Page for FREE Digital Content – send complimentary invitations to your clients inviting them come see you at your booth. Le Salon des dépanneurs du Québec logo, web button and banner will be available for download. You can post this button on your website to allow your guests to register quickly and easily.
  • FREE Printed show passes – printed passes will be mailed to you in the coming weeks. You can give these to your clients who can attend the show for free when they register using your exclusive promo code (shown on the pass).
  • Lead Retrieval Scanner track and follow up with your leads from the show.
